Have you every wondered...

I have invested a lot of time over the last 2 and a half years since my "seizures" stopped still poking around rabbit holes of yesterdays, and wondering how I got to that point.  Listen, if you think a lifetime of healing can all happen in 19 months, you are mistaken... just because those events stopped doesn't mean the process is over... far from it.  I have done some of my most intensive digging/uprooting over the past 4 months and freedom is still being realized.  Thank God!
Recovery/healing happens slowly, otherwise I think we would not endure it.  Healing hurts, but not as much as the nature of what caused our scars and wounds to begin with.  Recovery is amazing and has many unique opportunities to see life come from the ashes of past.  I speak from my heart when I tell you I have never thought, in a million years, I would ever see this Light in my eyes.  I have spark, I have genuine caring and bonding friendships.  I love... and that love is evolving everyday as I become more whole.  So if you every wonder if your life can change, can evolve into something beautiful and full of realized potential... the answer is Yes!  You have to answer one question first: are you willing to see what happens next in this mystery we call life?  Are you willing to welcome the morning sun and smile at this new day?  Are you willing to turn yesterdays into fading memories by turning, all the way, into the present moment?  Are you able to refuse to belief in one more life or self-hatred thought.  If your answer is yes, set your course.  What will you do now?  How will you make it so?  Don't do what you did yesterday(s) if no results formed from them.  I have center, and I formed that place with a strategic method I begin each morning - when I feel like there is a distance between me and my center (which I call God) I stop and get grounded.  Where is your center?  Do you want one if you don't already have one?  Lastly, are you being intentional about starting your day there and finding your way back to it when you feel yourself drift?  Questions require answers... pause and talk with yourself or a trusted friend/loved one about yours or their "center".  Process and return to the path of the day. :-)

Christine Mauriello's core strengths include motivational speaking, teaching, relational skills’ training, coaching, and compassionate care to meet the recovery goals for those with PTSD, addiction, trauma, divorce, and other setbacks.

"I once believed I was small, insubstantial, and of no value - and that showed.  It was not because I was born that way but more like I developed with those unhealthy thoughts.  Those thoughts poisoned the well of true value - relationships, meaningful adventures, and helping others the way God meant for me to have and be.  Jesus revealed my true identity in Him, and through Him I am connected to my Heavenly Father, now and forever.  I am so blessed now to be able to share and archive this journey of life - so blessed to have beauty for my ashes, and potential where there was none.  Be blessed!"
