If you do not reflect, you cannot do any better the next time around... I am certain of this. Let's say you have a job interview and you don't prepare before, you don't do mock interviews with colleagues, family, or friends - and you blow it - what do you do now? To most, better preparation would be obvious but what is not obvious, what came only through reflection, are the elements of preparation (ie. mock interviews.)
I am going to ask a challenge question. If you knew you had someone in your life that was not good for the direction you want to move in, would you "escort" them out of their role in your life or would you feel too bad and let them instead poison your well of potential? Who you surround yourself with, the messages you feed yourself, and the media you spend time and brain investment in will show in the out-pouring of this life (the only one you get.) Be brave, be bold and demote people, events, and personalities that harm your potential to be Great.
